Vernon Putnam is a Co-founder of AATD and its subsidiary, All About The Data Compliance Solutions (AATD-CS). With over 40 years of leadership, strategic planning, and risk management experience, Vernon is a seasoned IT entrepreneur and former Air Force veteran. His companies specialize in compliance automation and audit inspections, aiming to transform both Federal and non-Federal compliance and cybersecurity landscapes.

At AATD, Vernon has led strategic initiatives that broadened the company’s market presence through innovative IT solutions and strategic partnerships. His military background has significantly influenced the company culture, instilling values of excellence, integrity, and high performance—qualities that have consistently propelled the company beyond its business objectives. He has been instrumental in developing strategic partnerships, enhancing product offerings, and securing in-house funding for pioneering projects, thereby cementing AATD’s status as an industry leader.

Before his entrepreneurial journey, Vernon served three decades in the United States Air Force, transitioning from an expert technician to a Command Functional Manager. He made notable contributions to Air Force and Joint Staff Enterprise Information Services Governance, where he played a pivotal role in shaping critical IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and organizational policies.

Vernon remains dedicated to customer focus, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and resilient leadership, continually driving innovative solutions and making significant impacts across various industries.

Chief Executive Officer

Frosty is a seasoned leader in data automation, IT operations, and network defense, with a distinguished career safeguarding some of the nation’s most critical missions. As a former commander responsible for compliance in the U.S. Air Force’s zero-fault nuclear surety program, Frosty understands the absolute precision and accountability that true compliance demands.

He played a pivotal role in testing and verifying the command and control systems of the United States’ nuclear forces, ensuring fail-safe operations at every level. At the Pentagon, Frosty oversaw governance and compliance across all Air Force networks and communications systems, directly supporting the highest levels of defense leadership — including secure travel communications for the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

His technical expertise extends to supporting NORAD’s space, missile warning, and air defense missions, providing critical development insights to ensure the resilience and readiness of national defense systems. Recognized by the NSA for his effective network defense strategies, Frosty brings an unmatched level of rigor and strategic thinking to every challenge.

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

With over 18 years of experience working with Fortune 100 companies and generating hundreds of millions in direct sales, Tommy is a visionary leader in sales and marketing. Renowned for his ability to forge impactful relationships and craft innovative strategies, he delivers exceptional results, guided by his belief that “everything matters”. His passion for people and technology fuels his strategic approach to sales and marketing. As Vice President, Tommy’s leadership marks a significant step forward for the company as it continues to expand its presence in the compliance solutions industry and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Tommy’s career began at Intel, where he made his mark as one of the youngest employees in North America, showcasing his talent and drive from the outset. This early success paved the way for over 15 years of impact at the world’s largest IT distributor, where he honed his expertise in technology, sales, and relationship-building. Throughout his journey, he has consistently demonstrated a passion for innovation and a commitment to driving results, solidifying his reputation as a trusted professional in the industry.

Chief Technical Advisor

George Cross brings to AATD over 25 years of experience in technology development and management. He has led the delivery of enterprise Information Technology (IT) in many domains, including the commercial Industry, the Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community. Dr. Cross holds several industry certifications, such as the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), and Microsoft Certified Professional (Azure).

His career includes positions as Director of Tier 1 Applications and Architect at Microsoft, Director of Enterprise Information Management at Unisys, Director of .NET Solutions and BI at Avanade, and Solutions Architect at IBM.

His area of expertise includes mobility, collaboration, application development, databases, and cloud computing. Dr. Cross is also a professor at two universities where he teaches doctoral courses on Big Data Analytics and master-level courses on data visualization. His knowledge and experience in IT enable AATD to deliver optimal cybersecurity services and solutions to our customers.
